We are looking to recruit to the role of Quality Audit Assistant. The postholder will ensure that the people we support receive a quality service through the development and maintenance of quality systems and identification of ways to continuously improve the services we deliver to vulnerable adults. This is an exciting addition to the organisation, we want to ensure our focus on quality captures the good work that our staff do every day, whilst identifying areas where improvements will benefit the people we support.
We are inviting people who have a level 3 Diploma in Social Care and Health or equivalent and experience of working with people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health to apply. This role will involve working with Manager's from across the Organisation to audit services and develop plans to identify areas to improve. This position is hybrid working ,the candidates will be able to travel to services as required.
- Essential Requirements:
- Driver with UK manual licence and own vehicle.
- Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Experience with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health
- Good communication skills
- Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
- Able to work on own initiative and work to deadlines
- Effective record keeping and report writing.
